David Hamm

I was born in Race City (at that time) Charlotte, NC and lived just a few miles from the big Speedway. Over 35 years ago, I began frequenting local race tracks around my hometown of Charlotte, NC which steered me towards my career as a Dealership Technician before becoming a NASCAR Engine Builder and Jackman. I’ve collected stories along the way and met many of the biggest names in motorsports, all having their own stories to tell. I’m a retired Nascar Engine Builder of 25 years, 7 year Jackman, and 5 year Dealership Technician. I’m the owner of Hammscapes Lawn Care and Equipment Repair specializing in lawn care, engine rebuilds, classic vehicle and tractor repair, and restorations.
